True , from what I read it was going to be the largest Solar project in California.

I am working on a post for the
Ocotillo Express Wind Farm which I mentioned back in February
Seems it has moved one step closer to becoming a reality.
It would abut up to the Coyote Mtns. in southern Anza Borrego.
